What signature options are available for sample request forms?
There are currently two signature options. First, after selecting brands you may print the sample request form, then sign, date and return the form to the fax number on the form. Second, if you use an Apple mobile device (iPhone(r) or iPad(r)) you may sign for the sample order on your device when prompted using your finger or a stylus.
What is the cost of the service?
There is no cost to the physician to order or receive medication samples.
What samples are available to me?
To find out what samples are available, simply sign in to your account. Available samples are displayed in your personal Sample Center.
How will I be notified when additional samples are available to me?
You will be notified whenever new samples are available to you at the email address you provide when you activate your account.
What if a BI product sample I need is not available via this service?
New BI sample brands may be periodically added to this service. If you have interest in a specific product, please contact Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. at 1-800-243-0127.
How long will it take for samples to arrive?
Medication samples typically arrive via Fedex, within 4 to 6 business days of your order.
